    Strawberry Cough Strain

Sweet strawberry, a genuine cough, and a bright social head.

Strawberry Cough is a sativa strain from Strawberry Fields x Haze (reported), typically testing 15–21% THC and <1% CBD. It leans myrcene and pinene on the terpene side, smells like ripe strawberry over fresh-cut grass, and most patients describe it as uplifted, talkative, bright. It's a daytime strain that people reach for social situations, daytime, patients who dislike heavy strains — ask for it at RedBilly in Colcord or Roland, Oklahoma.

Strawberry Cough earns both halves of its name. The strawberry is unmistakable in the jar, and the smoke is expansive enough that first-timers usually cough on it.

Under the fruit there is a fresh-cut grass note that keeps the sweetness grounded. It is a lighter profile than most of the modern fruit strains, which are usually candy-forward.

The effect is bright and social. Patients describe an easy lift, more conversation than usual, and very little body weight even at the top of its range.

Reported lineage is a Strawberry Fields line crossed onto Haze, though like many 1990s-era strains the breeder record is not airtight.

It sits at a lower THC range than most of our sativas, which is part of why it works socially. There is less risk of overshooting into the uncomfortable end.

We hand this one to patients who tell us sativas usually make them anxious. It is not a guarantee, but it is gentler than a full Haze.

    Strawberry Cough questions we get

Why is it called Strawberry Cough?

The flower smells strongly of strawberry and the smoke is expansive enough that most people cough on the first pull.

Is Strawberry Cough a good social strain?

It is one of the more commonly chosen ones at our counter for that. The lift is bright and the body effect stays minimal.

    How strong is Strawberry Cough?

It typically tests 15–21% THC, which sits below most of our sativa shelf. That moderate range is part of the appeal.

Is Strawberry Cough indica or sativa?

A sativa. Expect head-forward, energetic effects with very little weight in the body.
