Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 26, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how RedBilly Brand ("RedBilly," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you visit redbilly.com (the "Site"), interact with our social channels, contact us, or visit our Oklahoma-licensed medical cannabis dispensaries in Colcord and Roland (the "Services"). By using the Site or Services, you agree to this Policy.

1. Age Restriction

The Site and Services are intended for licensed medical marijuana patients eighteen (18) years of age or older. Patients under 18 must be accompanied by a parent, legal guardian, or the caregiver listed on their OMMA license, and that adult completes the purchase. We do not knowingly collect information directly from anyone under 18 without a parent, legal guardian, or listed caregiver. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us at support@redbilly.com and we will delete it.

2. Information We Collect

Information you provide: name, email, phone, message content, job applications, employment history, and any details you submit through forms (contact, careers, newsletter).

In-store information: to comply with Oklahoma Medical Marijuana Authority (OMMA) regulations, we verify and may scan or record your government-issued ID and patient license at point of sale. Purchase history is retained as required by state law.

Automatically collected: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages viewed, referring URLs, and similar analytics data via cookies and similar technologies.

Online reservations: when you reserve items for pickup, you stay on our site the entire time. We collect your first and last name, phone number, medical license number and its expiration date, and your item selections so we can prepare and verify your order. Payment is completed in person at the store, not online.

3. How We Use Information

  • Operate, maintain, and improve the Site and Services
  • Verify age and patient eligibility as required by Oklahoma law
  • Process and fulfill orders, pickups, and customer support requests
  • Respond to inquiries, applications, and feedback
  • Send newsletters and promotional messages (with your consent and opt-out option)
  • Detect, prevent, and address fraud, security, or technical issues
  • Comply with legal, regulatory, and tax obligations

4. Cookies & Analytics

We use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to remember preferences (such as age verification), measure traffic, and improve user experience. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but parts of the Site may not function correctly.

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed with:

  • Service providers (hosting, database and backend infrastructure, email delivery, analytics, and our in-store point-of-sale and inventory systems) under confidentiality obligations
  • State regulators and law enforcement when required by Oklahoma cannabis laws, court order, or legal process
  • Successors in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets
  • Other parties with your consent

6. Marketing Communications

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link included in any message we send. Transactional messages (order confirmations, legal notices) may still be sent.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services and to comply with Oklahoma cannabis recordkeeping requirements (typically a minimum of several years for purchase and patient records), tax laws, and legitimate business purposes. We then delete or anonymize it.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict use of your personal information, or to opt out of certain processing. Oklahoma residents and patients may request a copy of records we maintain about them, subject to legal retention requirements. To exercise any right, email support@redbilly.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

10. Children's Privacy

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. Use of the Site and purchases are restricted to patients 18 and older who hold a valid medical marijuana license; minor patients must be accompanied by a parent, legal guardian, or listed caregiver.

11. Third-Party Links

The Site may link to third-party websites (such as social platforms, review sites, the OMMA verification portal, and map services). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites and encourage you to read their policies.

12. Cannabis-Specific Disclosures

RedBilly is licensed by the Oklahoma Medical Marijuana Authority. Cannabis remains a Schedule I controlled substance under U.S. federal law. We collect and process patient and purchase information solely to comply with Oklahoma state law and will not voluntarily disclose it for federal enforcement purposes except as legally required.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be highlighted on the Site.
