Apple Fritter Strain
Baked apple and pastry on the nose, and considerably more punch than the smell suggests.
Apple Fritter is a hybrid strain from Sour Apple x Animal Cookies, typically testing 22–28% THC and <1% CBD. It leans caryophyllene and limonene on the terpene side, smells like warm apple pastry with a sharp, sour green-apple top note, and most patients describe it as fast onset, euphoric, body-heavy after. It's a evening strain that people reach for experienced patients, late afternoon into evening, patients chasing potency — ask for it at RedBilly in Colcord or Roland, Oklahoma.

Apple Fritter is one of the highest-testing cultivars that regularly comes through our cases, and the gap between how it smells and how it hits catches people out.
The nose is genuinely pastry-like — baked apple, sugar, a little butter — with a sharp sour-apple note on top that comes from the Sour Apple parent.
Onset is quick. Most patients feel it inside a few minutes, and it arrives as a strong head effect before the Animal Cookies side pulls everything downward into the body.
It runs long. Patients regularly tell us it outlasts what they expected, which is the main reason we walk newer patients away from it toward something in the high teens instead.
The buds are usually chunky and pale green with heavy trichome coverage and orange pistils threaded through. It is one of the better-looking jars on the shelf and it sells partly on that.
Pinene sitting behind the caryophyllene and limonene is what gives it the faint sharpness at the back of the throat that separates it from the pure-dessert crosses.
Stock rotates. If a specific grower's Apple Fritter is what you are after, the live menu shows which of our two stores has it today.

I always say the same sentence with this one: it smells like a bakery and it does not behave like one.
Apple Fritter questions we get
Is Apple Fritter strong?
Yes. Published testing for the cultivar commonly lands 22–28% THC, which puts it near the top of what we stock.
Is Apple Fritter a good daytime strain?
Most patients find it too heavy for a working day. Late afternoon and evening suit it better.
What are Apple Fritter's parents?
Sour Apple crossed with Animal Cookies — the first gives the sharp green-apple note, the second gives the weight.
What does Apple Fritter smell like?
Baked apple pastry with sugar and butter, cut by a sour green-apple top note that shows up strongest when you break a bud.
