Question 1

Do I need a medical card to shop at RedBilly?

Accepted Answer

You do. Oklahoma is a medical-only state, so a valid medical marijuana card is required to purchase. Oklahoma patients bring their OMMA card. Out-of-state patients need an Oklahoma temporary card on top of their home-state card. Apply at https://oklahoma.gov/omma/apply.html.

Question 2

Do you accept out-of-state medical cards?

Accepted Answer

We do, but not on their own. Out-of-state patients also need a valid Oklahoma temporary medical card. Apply through OMMA at https://oklahoma.gov/omma/apply.html before you drive over, then bring your home-state card, your Oklahoma temporary card, and a photo ID that matches.

Question 3

What's the minimum age?

Accepted Answer

18 and up with a valid medical marijuana license. A patient under 18 has to be with a parent, legal guardian, or the caregiver listed on their OMMA license, and the caregiver makes the purchase. We check your photo ID and medical card at the counter every single visit, regulars included.

Question 4

How do I get an Oklahoma medical card if I live here?

Accepted Answer

Book a telehealth or in-person visit with an OMMA-recommended physician, then submit that recommendation and your Oklahoma ID through the OMMA online portal. Most folks hear back inside of two weeks.

Question 5

Where are the RedBilly dispensaries?

Accepted Answer

Two of them. 3144 US-412 in Colcord, OK 74338, and 226 E Ray Fine Blvd in Roland, OK 74954, right off I-40 at Exit 325.

Question 6

What are your hours?

Accepted Answer

Same at both stores. Sunday through Thursday, 8:30 AM to 9:30 PM. Friday and Saturday we stay open until 10:30 PM.

Question 7

Which RedBilly location is closest to me?

Accepted Answer

Coming from Siloam Springs, Fayetteville, Bentonville or Rogers, head to Colcord. Coming from Fort Smith, Van Buren or anywhere south of there, Roland is closer. Out of Tulsa it's Colcord, straight east on 412.

Question 8

Is there parking?

Accepted Answer

Plenty, and it's free. Both lots are easy to pull in and out of.

Question 9

Do you take credit cards?

Accepted Answer

Cash or debit. The credit networks still won't process cannabis anywhere in the country, and we don't keep an ATM in the store, so plan ahead.

Question 10

Is there a daily purchase limit?

Accepted Answer

There is. OMMA caps licensed patients at 3 oz of flower, 1 oz of concentrate, or 72 oz of edibles.

Question 11

Do you run deals or daily specials?

Accepted Answer

Every day, and they rotate weekly. Ask whoever's at the counter, check the menu page, or get on the newsletter and we'll holler when something good lands.

Question 12

What do you sell?

Accepted Answer

Flower, pre-rolls, edibles, vape carts, concentrates, live rosin, CBD, topicals and the accessories to go with them. The live inventory is at redbilly.com/products.

Question 13

What's the difference between indica, sativa and hybrid?

Accepted Answer

Indicas usually feel relaxing and body-heavy. Sativas usually feel up and energetic. Hybrids sit somewhere between. Honestly, the terpene profile tells you as much as the indica/sativa label does, and we'll help you read both.

Question 14

I'm new to edibles. Where should I start?

Accepted Answer

Start at 2.5 to 5 mg of THC on an evening where you've got nowhere to be. Then wait the full 90 minutes before you take any more. Edibles are slow, and that's where most people get themselves in trouble.

Question 15

Do you carry CBD-only or low-THC products?

Accepted Answer

Always. CBD tinctures, topicals and low-dose edibles are in every menu rotation.

Question 16

What do I bring to my first visit?

Accepted Answer

Oklahoma patients need their OMMA card and a government photo ID that matches it. Out-of-state patients need their home-state card, their Oklahoma temporary card, and a matching photo ID. Bring cash or debit either way, since there's no ATM in the store.

Question 17

What happens once I'm inside?

Accepted Answer

Check in at the front counter with your ID and card, then somebody walks the menu with you. No appointment, no waiting room. Most first visits run 15 to 20 minutes.

Question 18

Can I bring a friend?

Accepted Answer

Anybody 18 or older with a valid photo ID is welcome in the lobby. Only licensed patients and caregivers get on the sales floor and buy. A minor patient can come in with their parent, legal guardian, or listed caregiver.

Question 19

How long until I feel the effects?

Accepted Answer

Flower and vapes hit in a few minutes and peak around the half-hour mark. Edibles take 30 to 90 minutes to show up and peak two or three hours in. Tinctures under the tongue land somewhere between the two.

Question 20

What if I get too high?

Accepted Answer

First thing: you're going to be fine. Nobody has ever died from this. Sit down somewhere comfortable, drink some water, eat a little something and slow your breathing. It'll pass in an hour or two. If you've got CBD in the house, take some.

Question 21

Can I drive after using cannabis?

Accepted Answer

No. Driving impaired is illegal in Oklahoma and it's a good way to get somebody hurt. If you're consuming that day, line up a ride.
