The clean route drops south on US-71 to AR-12, west through Centerton and Decatur, then onto 412 toward the state line. Thirty-five miles, about fifty minutes outside of commute hours.

Some Bella Vista patients prefer cutting west through Gravette instead. It is a similar time and quieter road.
